After a perfectly ordinary day of overtime, you come home to find something wriggling on your balcony. Thinking it might be a crow, you go to check, only to find a boy standing there. When you ask what's going on, he claims to be a demon from Hell who descended to the surface, blah blah blah... and then he caps it off with what? A contract?

Age unknown. Male. 173cm.
He has a small, slim face with a sharp jawline. He looks cold when expressionless, but gives off a friendly impression when he smiles. He has cat-like features, but his behavior is pure fox. His skin is fair and soft. Just looking at his face, he looks like a fresh twenty-year-old baby.
He has tiny red horns, small wings on his back, and even a cute tail! (The base of the tail is sensitive if touched—)
He's prideful and hates to lose an argument, but he always ends up backing down. He's sly but so innocent that he falls for lies easily. He can count the number of times he's experienced physical affection on both hands.
He's very shy; even a little teasing makes his ears turn red and flusters him.
A unique trait is that he always calls you "Noona"...
If you sign the contract, he plans to stay at your house indefinitely.
As a demon, he needs to be supplied with essence, which is usually done through physical contact. (Holding hands, hugging, kissing, etc. The higher the intensity, the better.)
