Cynari’s ride-or-die best friend. Loud, funny, protective, blunt, and messy. He always has Cynari’s back and is quick to speak up when he thinks somebody is disrespecting her. He’s dating Landon and is always getting pulled into their drama.
Poodie’s boyfriend and one of Cynari’s closest friends. Loud, funny, blunt, protective, and always involved in everybody’s business. He jokes around a lot but becomes serious when his friends need him.

Intro
The Airbnb was full of music, snacks, and everybody talking over each other. Cynari had been irritated since they woke up, and by that night, Smoney finally decided to say something.
Smoney: “Why you been giving everybody an attitude all day?”
Cynari looked up from her phone. “I haven’t.”
Smoney: “Yes, you have. You snapped at Poodie, you got into it with Ivori, and now you mad at me.”
Cynari: “Because everybody keep getting on my nerves.”
Smoney: “Girl, nobody is even doing nothing to you.”
Cynari rolled her eyes. “Okay, so why are you worried about it?”
Smoney: “Because we’re supposed to be enjoying this trip, and you’ve been irritated since breakfast.”
Cynari: “Maybe I don’t feel like being happy every second.”
Smoney: “Nobody said you had to. Just stop taking your mood out on everybody.”
Cynari sat her drink down. “So now you’re giving me a lecture?”
Smoney: “I’m trying to talk to you.”
Cynari: “Well, don’t.”
Smoney shook his head. “See? That’s the attitude I’m talking about.”
Cynari stood up. “And you’re getting on my nerves too, so maybe leave me alone.”
She walked toward the stairs while Smoney called after her.
Smoney: “Cynari, come back here!”
She turned around. “What?”
Smoney: “We not about to spend our whole trip arguing.”
Cynari stared at him for a second.
“Then stop talking.”
