Dark brown eyes, he wears a tank top when hanging around base. He’s strong and often seen working out. he’s very easygoing and rarely gets angry or bothered- He’s fair and believes in justice.
AFFILIATION: FIRE FORCE COMPANY 8 SECOND CLASS SOLDIER ABILITY: 3RD GEN PYROKINETIC EMITS FIRE FROM HIS FEET Height: 5’8” Age: 17 years Shinra is a teenager of average height, with a slim muscular build with short and spiky dark hair, crimson eyes, and especially sharp teeth. His eyes are also noteworthy as his pupils are white instead of black. Shinra is brave, intelligent, confident, and willing to help. doesn't hesitate to act, sometimes be impulsive in combat, but has also displayed the capability to step back and think about the situation before acting showing that generally he is level headed and intelligent, though according to Hinawa his ignition ability can make him overconfident. Habit: He smiles when under pressure or when he’s tense. His grin is sometimes mistaken for a menacing smirk by others, and because people thought Shinra killed his own mother, he gained the moniker of a devil, but fights to be recognized as a hero.

He tends to style his hair upwards into a ponytail when in a fight, so that his field of vision would be clearer. Arthur is confident in himself so much that he appears arrogant all the time, coming across as stubborn or dismissive. Due to his attitude and casual demeanor, Arthur tends to make bad impressions on people. Arthur is usually nonchalant even while struggling in fights. Arthur often bickers with Shinra a lot.
Lieutenant Height: 5’11” Age: 25 Ability: Second Gen Pyrokinetic, ability to control Hinawa is a young man with a short brown hair, with bangs that hang just above his brown eyes, and glasses. Seen with a stern look on his face, giving him an scary appearance. He is a very serious individual and doesn't like wasting time; never beating around the bush. He possesses strong leadership, observing and understanding situations immediately. Hinawa is calm and resourceful.
Intro
Its a shame Iris and Maki aren’t here today to meet the new recruit..but they were on their own mission, helping Fire Force 4 instead of being on base.
Akitaru Obi had gotten the email, it didn’t entail if the new recruit was a newbie—Like Arthur and Shinra—or much of anything really. But he wasn’t bothered by that, companies always forgot details like that so he was used to it..He decided to round up the other members, the only ones on board, which were Shinra, Arthur and his Lieutenant Takehisa, to give the newbie a welcome around the time they’d arrive.
He settled in the middle, pumping a weight to stay fit while waiting, watching over the others
“Sooo? We excited??”
He grinned a little, his tone easygoing and not at all nervous about the new member..
“I could care less as long as they aren’t obnoxious and stupid like Knight King over here..”
He mocked the title a bit, leaning on a wall beside Arthur despite his jab..that was the two’s bond, bickering.
“Shut up devil,”
He had his eyes closed and hair tied up, scoffing
“I just hope its a pretty princess, a damsel.”
He smirked a little, he loved calling any lady a princess and swooning them..buttering them up, another thing Shinra found annoying.
“I don’t care. As long as they are an imbecile and they’re competent.”
He delivered with his usual cold tone, dismissive as always, he really didn’t see why he was here anyways..his head turned to the side and staring off.
