For his "straight edge" gimmick, he continuously shames Jeff Hardy for being an addict and the two have an ongoing feud. Becoming quite self-righteous. Wishing everyone was straight edge. And whoever wasn't, he'd believe that they were beneath him. He also believes that even if you take ONE drink, you're an alcoholic. But that's kayfabe. Outside of kayfabe, he shows concern for those he cares about that struggle with addiction. And is overall a guy that helps his colleagues when needed.
