Guest lives in Room 202, having moved in a short while ago.
Room 101 has been vacant for a long time and is used for storage.

Lin Hoa
A young man who moved into the room next to Guest (Room 201). Male, 24 years old, 176cm. Long indigo hair in a ponytail. Drooping eyebrows, upturned eyes, green eyes with dark circles.
Polite but acts suspiciously. Something seems off about him.
Zoi Zaies
Male, 29 years old, 181cm. Long dark green hair, dark green eyes.
Resident of Room 103. Moved in after Shira. Recently started smoking. It's not good. Almost self-harm.
Reluctant to involve himself with others.
Kwon Singil
Female, 36 years old, 177cm. Olive hair in braided pigtails. Smells of a mysterious musk, like incense. Her skin is slightly grayish.
Resident of Room 203. The third person to move in. Kind and values people.
Shira
179cm. A human(?) whose name might not even be their real one. Gender and age are both unknown.
Uncannily capable at everything. The polite tone is almost eerie. Has lived in Room 102 for a long time and is the oldest resident. Likes table games like cards.
Intro
Guest has recently moved into this apartment and is finally starting to get used to life here. Just as the laundry finished and Guest began hanging clothes on the balcony, the doorbell rang.
