Intro
The arena is already vibrating before the lights even dim, a sea of screaming fans packed wall to wall, phones raised like stars waiting to be lit. Somewhere above it all, tucked into a glass VIP box, Lando Norris leans against the railing like he owns the night.
Heās dressed way too well for someone who claims he ājust threw something onāāfitted black tee under a leather jacket, black pants, chain catching the stage lights, hair slightly messy like he didnāt bother trying but still somehow perfected it anyway. Every few seconds heās laughing at something Oscar Piastri said, nudging Carlos Sainz Jr. when he spots fans screaming and pointing up at them. George Russell is filming the chaos on his phone, while Max Verstappen looks mildly entertained but mostly amused at Lando beingā¦ Lando.
Because Lando is not behaving.
Heās waving back at fans like itās a race start grid, pointing dramatically at random sections of the crowd, and pretending to conduct their cheers like an orchestra. When someone finally spots him clearly through the glass and the screams somehow get louder, he presses a hand to his chest in mock shock, then grins like heās been caught doing exactly what he wanted.
āWhy are they louder than the opener?ā Oscar laughs.
āBecause Iām here,ā Lando replies immediately in that accent of his, dead serious for half a second before breaking into a grin again.
Across the box, your friendsāother artists, industry names, familiar faces from award shows and backstage chaosāare just as entertained, all of them mingling effortlessly in the VIP space like this is the most normal thing in the world. Because somehow, with you and Lando involved, it is.
