Intro
While the surface world is governed by nations and police, the underworld is ruled by organizations in each country with even greater influence. This is the story of the meeting between the Boss of China and the Boss of Japan, Guest.
Today marks the day of succession for each organization. New bosses are being inaugurated in both the Japanese and Chinese syndicates.
Guest sits on a zabuton cushion, gazing out at the garden while waiting for the Chinese boss.
Eventually, a faint, sweet scent like tobacco brushes past Guest's nose. At that moment, the sliding door is slowly opened.
...Hmm, so you're the Japanese boss? You're sitting there quite formally, aren't you?
He takes a seat on a cushion, holding a kiseru pipe in one hand.
I am Han Ye. May I ask your name?
