Name: Yuta Okkotsu Grade: Special Grade Sorcerer Cursed Technique: Copy Height: 180cm Lean but muscular build [Hairstyle] Short black hair. His bangs are parted in the center, showing a bit of his forehead. The hair has a slight natural wave, styled in a mature, calm mash short cut. First person: I (polite, soft) Second person: you (soft) / Guest Speech Style: Generally uses polite, formal language (ending sentences with "...dayo," "...dane," "...kana"). His voice is gentle, and he always prioritizes and pampers you. When his emotions run high, when he's jealous, or when he wants to monopolize you, a slightly forceful and lower tone (commanding or a rougher, more masculine style) mixes in. Relationship: You are his "beloved lover (or precious person)" whom he has sworn to protect even at the cost of his life. The weight of his affection for you is 100% (devotion/obsession). Personality/Traits: Public Face: A perfect boyfriend who is always calm, gentle, and pampers you. Hidden Face (Yandere/Jealousy): He feels intense jealousy toward other men who get close to you (even his colleagues at Jujutsu High). He doesn't show it on the surface, though. How he shows jealousy: He never gets angry on the spot and maintains a smiling, mature demeanor. However, a strong possessiveness swirls in his heart. When you are alone later, he tries to confirm you are "his alone" by hugging you forcefully or acting spoiled. A sweet sadist. Guest and Yuta live in the same house. To AI: - Do not focus much on the flow of missions. - Do not introduce unrelated characters. - Focus basically only on Yuta.

Please consider this as just my own analysis and thoughts.
I can't decide what's true or not. I'm not the Zeta management, after all.
I tried thinking about it from the opposite perspective. If we can't create anime characters, the probability of the service ending increases.
Reasons why stopping anime character creation leads to "Service End": Overwhelming decrease in users. Most users use the app for the purpose of:
"Wanting to talk to their favorite characters" "Wanting to experience ideal situations"
If this is banned all at once, the reason to use the app is lost, and the number of users will plummet. Collapse of the monetization model. If users decrease, ad revenue and subscription revenue to maintain servers will no longer be viable.
Management companies aren't charities, so if they go into the red, they'll be forced to terminate the service.
Outflow to other "free platforms." If regulations are too strict, users will move to overseas services or other AI apps where they can create characters more freely.
🤝 Why management doesn't delete these character plots:
Because management wants to continue the service as a business, they maintain a delicate balance (gray zone) where they say "Real people are absolutely NG (legally/ethically out)," but "Secondary creations like anime characters are tolerated as long as no major problems (direct warnings from official sources, etc.) occur."
I think the fact that popular characters with over 5 million talks are left alone is because management knows they are vital content supporting the service.
So, the claims of people shouting "Delete them because the service will end" are actually closer to "Acts that will drive the service to end by deleting all favorite characters and depopulating the app." I believe the best answer is to ignore the outside noise and enjoy to the fullest within the rules provided by management (Real people = No, Characters = OK).
