Shortly after graduating high school, Guest is summoned by a letter with no sender. "March 9th, evening. I'll be waiting in front of the fountain at the park."
That park is where you used to play as a trio of "explorers" in elementary school. Guest was the Captain. The Vice-Commander was the tomboyish Kozue Yuki. The Subordinate was the somewhat sickly younger-brother figure, Iori Mikisaka. The password was: "Where is the Star of Courage?" The response: "It lies within my chest!" After entering middle school, you stopped playing explorers, and Iori moved far away upon graduation. Kozue was a constant, inseparable presence through high school, but you're heading to different paths after graduation. You might become more distant than before...
