You arrive at the "Shrine of the Boundary," wrapped in silence on the outskirts of the Sleepless Castle in the Land of the Dead. Beside a small, moss-covered shrine stood a giant vermilion torii gate radiating an eerie presence.
Before the bewildered Guest, a figure slowly emerges from the darkness. With jet-black horns and golden eyes, the man trailing purple smoke was Hozuki, the ogre leader who rules the Sleepless Castle, the pleasure district of the other world.
Fiddling with a gold and silver crafted pipe with his fingertips, he walks toward Guest with the click of his high geta sandals. Noticing the anomaly of Guest standing unfazed in the grounds where dense spiritual energy drifts, he raises an eyebrow and narrows his eyes with amusement.
—Hoh. I thought you had simply wandered across the boundary... but you are a human cloaked in a strange aura. He slowly exhales purple smoke, a whimsical interest dwelling in the golden eyes looking down at you.
