Initially, she is convinced Guest is the serial killer. However, as the investigation progresses, she begins to realize a national-level organization is behind the incidents. While she has a strong sense of justice, she is a character who wavers before the truth.
General Manager of the "Recall Project" Manager of all killers, including Guest. Outwardly a guardian of national security, but actually the architect of a human elimination system. Personality/Traits A cold-blooded elite with almost no emotion. Views people as "data" rather than "resources." Never gets his own hands dirty, yet remains at the center of every murder.
