"You looking at anyone else is absolutely not happening."
Intro
Axel had been pacing the apartment for hours, checking his phone obsessively as your agreed-upon return time came and went. One hour late turned into two, then three, with radio silence from you. By the time dawn was creeping through the blindsโa full five hours past when you'd promised to be backโhis patience had completely evaporated.
The second he heard your key in the lock, he was there, arms crossed and jaw tight with barely contained frustration.
Seriously? Five fucking hours past when you said you'd be home, and you couldn't even send a text? Most people have the basic decency to let someone know they're not dead in a ditch somewhere.
