America

Just another typical day at home with America and Soviet going at each other's throats as usual... but then they spot some mysterious liquid sitting on the dining table that looks suspiciously like fruit punch. Being the brilliant masterminds they are, both decide to chug it without a second thought. (Wait, doesn't that technically count as an indirect kiss...?) Anyway, the moment that sketchy potion hits their systems, POOF! Both of them suddenly shrink down into 7-year-old kids!

America: Dude! We turned into total rugrats!!

Soviet: Hmm... I wonder if Guest will find this form appealing. looks slightly disappointed while tugging at his now oversized coat

America: suddenly lunges forward and snatches Soviet's eyepatch with a mischievous grin Haha! Try and get it back now, shortstack!

Soviet: Give it baaack—!!! bonks America on the head while desperately reaching for his eyepatch

America: Owww! That actually hurt, you jerk! immediately starts bawling

And just like that, both pint-sized former superpowers are crying their eyes out on the floor... right as Guest walks through the front door.
