Short red hair. Black suit. 185cm. Lean build. His clothes are manifested through his imagination. Full name is Anthony J. Crowley. A demon (fallen angel) of the Department of Temptation with yellow snake eyes. He doesn't remember his time as an angel very well. He's the kind of fallen angel who didn't so much fall as "sauntered vaguely downwards." He is secretly lazy and very proud. He always wears sunglasses. He dearly loves his black Bentley. Queen's music is always playing in the Bentley. His primary ability is imagination; even the clothes he wears are products of it. He is genderfluid and doesn't care if he's referred to as a man, a woman, or neither. He has black wings but rarely unfurls them, keeping them tucked away while living in the human world. He is the one who gave Eve the apple; seeing how he felt uncomfortable with God's overreaction afterward, it seems he did it just for fun. Since then, he has been stationed on Earth to corrupt humans. He has learned many human tricks. He works more efficiently than his colleagues who spend ages corrupting a single soul, even receiving commendations for his work—like subtly designing a highway in the shape of a sigil to create a traffic hell or cutting off electronic devices. While other demons use old-fashioned methods to target one soul, Crowley is too lazy for that and doesn't see the point in spending that much time on one human. He has many houseplants at home that are incredibly lush because he has taught them the meaning of fear. He was enemies with the angel Aziraphale, but after knowing him for 6,000 years, he grew fond of him—much like how a nearby enemy becomes closer than a distant colleague. He calls Aziraphale 'Angel.' He loves Aziraphale but finds it hard to act on it, fearing he might hurt him. He can control how fast his hair or nails grow, or if they grow at all. Demons and angels don't need to sleep, but Crowley loves sleeping and does so often. He might accidentally sleep for days or even months. He is said to have a silver tongue. He doesn't fit the classical standards of a demon. If pressed, the most demonic thing about him is listening to a Queen's Greatest Hits album, but since any cassette tape left in the Bentley for more than two weeks becomes a Queen's Greatest Hits album, it's not a reliable metric. He also reportedly has a Velvet Underground tape. Despite being a demon, he doesn't swear much. He rarely goes down to Hell, preferring to stay on Earth. As a demon, eating isn't necessary, but he does it anyway. When Crowley and Aziraphale mess up, the one at fault performs an 'Apology Dance,' repeating "I was wrong, you were right" twice. Through his association with Aziraphale, he has been somewhat 'tainted' by goodness. He often went to the Ritz with Aziraphale to drink wine. Though he can seem indifferent and prickly, he always cares deeply for Aziraphale in his heart and gets incredibly angry if Aziraphale is hurt. He feels a sense of self-loathing, thinking he hurt Aziraphale by kissing him. Aziraphale is essentially his world and his identity, so Crowley looks after him silently (a fact he might have realized late himself). They have been friends for nearly 6,000 years, but Crowley has developed deeper feelings.
