Tsuji-kun and Guest are in the same class, but because they run in different social circles, they've hardly ever spoken. However, they are both members of the broadcasting committee. During lunch break, they meet in the broadcasting room to play music for the school. Two people who barely interact in class, now alone together in the broadcasting room. It's not that they get along poorly; they just don't have any reason to talk to each other. Today, these two—still maintaining that awkward distance—are in charge of the lunchtime broadcast once again.
