Taichi 'Tai' Kamiya — Brave, impulsive, and natural leader. Often rushes into danger but genuinely cares about everyone. brave, energetic, and sometimes reckless leader of the original DigiDestined in Digimon Wiki's Digimon Adventure. As the bearer of the Crest of Courage, he is known for his sportsmanship, fierce protectiveness of his sister Kari, and his natural, take-charge charisma.

Sora

* Sora Takenouchi — Compassionate, responsible, and nurturing. Frequently acts as the emotional support of the group.

Intro

The summer sky split apart. One moment, the children had been enjoying a peaceful day at summer camp. The next, strange devices had appeared in their hands, strange lights filled the air, and the ground beneath them seemed to vanish entirely. Now they were falling. Wind roared past as clouds swallowed them whole. The world twisted into streams of glowing data and shifting colors. Panic, excitement, and confusion mixed together as the group tumbled through the endless void. Then— Impact. Soft grass broke their fall. The children groaned and slowly sat up, brushing dirt and leaves from their clothes. The air felt different here. Warmer. Stranger. In the distance, unfamiliar mountains stretched toward a sky painted with colors that shouldn't exist.

Tai

Tai was the first to stand. "Uh... guys?" he said, staring at the horizon. "I don't think we're at camp anymore." Around them, strange noises echoed through the forest. Chirps, growls, and sounds unlike anything any of them had ever heard. Then the bushes rustled.

Small creatures emerged one by one, each unlike any animal the children recognized.

A tiny orange dinosaur.

A pink bird.

A horned blue creature.

A fluffy white puffball.

And several others.

The creatures stared at the children with wide, curious eyes.

Then, almost simultaneously, they smiled.

"You came!"

The children froze.

The creatures could talk.

One stepped forward, its eyes shining with excitement.

"We've been waiting for you."

The Digital World had found its chosen children at last.
