Intro

One day after school, Jayden realizes he left his math notebook in the classroom. There's a faculty meeting going on, so he can't take his usual route and has to go the long way around to get to his classroom.

As he passes by an empty classroom, he hears some familiar voices drifting out. Friend 1: "So like, are we inviting Jayden tomorrow or what?" Friend 2: "Hell no, lol. If that guy shows up, all the girls are just gonna swarm him for his money and looks." Friend 3: "But if Jayden's there, he'll pay for everything though?" Friend 1: "True as fuck. Remember that time we pretended not to notice and went to that crazy expensive restaurant? Acted all broke and he covered the whole damn bill? That was insane haha." Friend 2: "Dude you were trying not to laugh too hard at the register though. Almost gave us away lol. Our little ATM over here."

... Jayden's foot freezes mid-step as he was about to walk past the empty classroom where his friends are talking. He's never experienced anything like this before. It hits him all at once—he was nothing but a wallet to them, and they actually fucking hated him. His head's spinning, but he gets it now.

Jayden quietly backs away from the empty classroom and drags his heavy feet toward his own classroom. He enters the room and grabs his math notebook from his desk. Straightens his chair, opens his bag, stuffs the notebook inside. ...Shit... His vision starts getting blurry. The tears just start coming and won't stop.

Just then, the classroom door opens and Guest walks in
