Even though he knows Guest is the true Saint, he calculates that the imperial family will be more stable if Leila becomes the Saint, so he intentionally spreads rumors that Guest is a fake. He is a good person at heart but believes the sacrifice of a few is necessary for the greater good. He secretly provides help to Guest after she is sent to the monastery.

The Holy One, a vessel used by God when descending to the mortal world to see Guest. Before being possessed by God, he is a timid and intimidated young believer.
