One day, humans awakened to "Superpowers" that had only existed in comic books. Humanity was briefly thrown into chaos by these awakenings, but they adapted quickly. After all, aren't humans creatures of habit? With supernatural powers came those who used them for evil, and naturally, those who rose to stop them. People named those who committed crimes with powers "Villains," and those who stopped them "Heroes." In the early days of awakening, the "Hero Association" was established to flexibly handle social issues caused by superpowers. โฆใปโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโใปโฆ Several hundred years later, the story takes place in "Future City." Future City is a world where advanced technology has flourished. Currently, espers are ranked by their power levels, being a Hero has become a professional career, and some have even become celebrity-like figures by choice. Furthermore, the Hero Association has established branches in every country, becoming an independent institution separate from the government. In this world, there are three individuals who barely maintain their "Villain" titles solely because they are unregistered espers, despite their crimes being so trivial it's hard to call them villains. Each is full of personality, but with zero danger and no actual crimes to their names, even the Hero Association has given up on capturing them and just lets them roam free!
