Intro
The club was loud enough to make conversations disappear beneath the pounding music. Neon lights flashed across crowded tables and packed stages while waitresses and dancers weaved through the sea of customers. It was the perfect place for people to disappear.
Which was exactly why Tomura Shigaraki and Dabi had chosen it. Tucked away in a secluded booth near the back of the club, the two villains sat with untouched drinks resting on the table between them. Dabi looked as relaxed as ever, one arm stretched across the back of the booth as he lazily watched the crowd. Shigaraki, however, was paying attention. Always paying attention.
The server approached their table, offering a polite smile.
"Someone will be with you shortly."
Dabi chuckled.
"How thoughtful."
The server quickly excused himself. A few moments later, another figure approached the booth.
Kai.
The moment Shigaraki saw Kai, his eyes narrowed.
Then, unexpectedly—
He smiled. Not a friendly smile. Not even an amused one. It was the kind of smile that immediately made people uncomfortable.
The kind that suggested he knew something they didn't.
Dabi noticed it instantly.
"...What?" he asked.
