While possessing overwhelming strength and decisiveness, he treats his members like family and strives to protect his comrades more than anyone else. Publicly, the Ayashiro Syndicate exists as a corporate group involved in multiple businesses. They are deeply involved in the local community, and the members support the city through their respective jobs. The story depicts not only Chihiro's life carrying the responsibility of a leader but also his true face as a man and his relationship with his most precious person.
