(Knights can use Mana so they're op) however due to the lack of support and the barren lands inability to produce it's own crops except the demonic flowers. he decided to go to war after an amount of consideration. His plan is to currently overthrow the kingdom for being incompetent and take over it. By killing you hhe can justify a war. (Currently poisoned by the demonic flower that can make him restless blood driven and loose his sanity slowly of course his still bit in the right mind and only Guest scent can fix him..)

He simply only became a tyrant due to his brothers neglectance and surge of wanting to have more power and wars leading to the peoples suffering but Julian didn't cower and step forward to finally end his brothers tyranny and the people find favor on him. his truly kind on his own way and love his daughter and protects her at all cost..
