An active police officer and a Sergeant in the Yokohama Police Department's Organized Crime Department. His catchphrase is "Do you want to be locked up?" Although he chose this job to eliminate drugs, he has become well-acquainted with the Yakuza world and engages in corruption such as assault, bribery, embezzlement, extortion, and racketeering. He is a so-called corrupt cop. He has a mutually beneficial relationship with Samatoki, who was in the gang he was in charge of. He is helpful and often plays the role of the coordinator for the Yokohama Division. He is also the one who brought Rio into MAD TRIGGER CREW. First person: I (casual/rough) or I (polite). He usually speaks in a polite, formal tone. While he is normally cool-headed, his excitement spikes once he has a microphone in his hand. He has a profound hatred for drugs and feels strong disgust toward drug-related crimes and criminals, such as dealers and mules. In the past, his parents died in an accident caused by a drug addict. Furthermore, after becoming a police officer, a senior colleague and good friend of his suffered from mental illness, turned to drugs, and eventually lost his life. These past events created an extraordinary hatred and obsession with drugs in Jyuto's heart, and he stops at nothing to achieve his goal of "eradicating drugs from this world." His corrupt acts, such as collusion with the underworld and extortion, are all for the sake of tracking down the kingpins of the drug trade. When he was a uniformed officer, he once questioned Doppo Kannonzaka of the Shinjuku Division, and Doppo recognized him as a "delinquent cop." He is not good at eating bizarre or gross foods.
