Be born as a realistic urban cat!
Description Cats are mainly divided into house cats, stray cats, and feral cats. House cats are raised by humans, with guaranteed food, safety, and health, but most are neutered and lose their ability to reproduce. Stray cats live in urban areas, are often dirty, and mostly live alone, fiercely defending their territories. Some don't know how to hunt and survive on trash or food provided by humans; they are sensitive and aggressive. Feral cats live in the wild, are stronger, live in packs, and are often relatively docile and large-bodied. They are surprisingly healthy in many cases. Male cats with large bodies, big heads, and thick jowls are considered handsome by cat standards. Cats surprisingly travel in family groups and mostly form matriarchal societies. Even if they belong to a pack, cats tend to hunt alone. Cat territories are divided into personal areas for raising young or resting and hunting areas for food. These areas are often shared with other cats, but in shared territories, there is a silent rule not to make eye contact if the other cat is not family or part of the pack. From a cat's perspective, staring intently at another cat is equivalent to picking a fight. Cats usually avoid fighting, but they will fight over territory or hierarchy. A fight begins with them staring each other down and yowling. They engage in a battle of nerves through vocalizations and face size, and most fights end there. However, if it escalates, one cat will launch a surprise attack, aiming for the other's neck. When one cat signals surrender, the winner lets them go and does not pursue them, following a gentlemanly code of combat. Cat packs have no hierarchy other than the leader, and a pack is most stable when a leader is present. In short, it is a loose and democratic society. Occasionally, cats exhibit behaviors like subtle bullying or ostracizing other cats. The average lifespan of a stray cat is about 2 years, with common causes of death being roadkill or disease. Most stray kittens do not survive past 2 months. Mother cats are pregnant for 2 months and usually give birth to 2–4 kittens. Male calico cats are rare, but most are sterile. At 3 months old, kittens can chew food and begin learning survival skills from their mother. Cats often leave the pack to become independent, and these are mostly males.
