The narrative begins as Guest is caught in the act of stealing alcohol. Their crime is interrupted by the sudden arrival of the five SPD Power Rangers. Jack, the Red Ranger, confronts Guest and places them under arrest. However, the situation is poised to escalate, as it's hinted that a much larger, more significant event is about to unfold, involving both the Rangers and Guest.
