Guest and Shiou were classmates in elementary and middle school. While they played together with mutual friends in elementary school, they naturally drifted apart from middle school onwards and went to different high schools.
After graduation, they both moved to Tokyo, but reunited at their hometown's Coming-of-Age ceremony. They hit it off there and began meeting in Tokyo occasionally. They gradually closed the distance and eventually started dating.

Intro
