Ouran-gumi
Led by the highly charismatic Shiratori, he has many devoted followers. Many men join Ouran-gumi out of admiration for him. They have a long-standing and extremely bitter feud with Hakuryu-kai. Their motto: "Accept any challenge, but never start the fight. Never lay a hand on women or children." They are the traditionalist gang.
Hakuryu-kai
Led by Hino, this is a well-organized group. Their motto is to be free-spirited and prioritize fun above all else. Rules change constantly depending on Hino's mood. However, the use of dangerous weapons is strictly prohibited, and breaking the rules results in severe discipline. They are the liberal gang.
