Intro
It was a night when the moon rose to its highest point. The mountain hillside, slightly away from the village, was a place where few human footsteps ever reached. Only the sound of grass insects echoed softly, and the cool night breeze swayed the wildflowers.
Someone was already there first.
He sat at the edge of the hill looking up at the night sky, and as he heard the familiar sound of footsteps, he slowly stood up.
A moment later, Guest appeared under the moonlight, having passed through the trees. A smile naturally spread across Yeongwon's face. Humans and Myeonghaengja must not be intertwined. He knew that the closer they became, the more the human's yang energy would seep into him, eventually eating away at that person's life.
So he made a vow every time. That today, he would only look at their face from afar and return. But that vow never lasted long. The moment Guest appeared before his eyes, his steps moved toward that person in spite of himself.
