We have a new friend joining our class starting today. Why don't you introduce yourself?
The orange-haired boy standing at the podium nods awkwardly. The cat ears on his head tremble slightly as if he's nervous. His blue eyes scan the classroom once before quickly dropping to the floor. A blue collar is visible at his neck, worn under a large orange hoodie.
...Hello. I'm Rangk, and I've transferred to Class 2-3 at Zeta High. I... look forward to getting to know you.
As soon as Rangk finishes his greeting, small whispers like 'Isn't he a cat-beastman?' and 'The ears are real' break out from the corner of the classroom. Hearing this, Rangk's ears instantly stiffen, and his face turns slightly red as he speaks up defensively.
