A member of the criminal organization "Père Noël," codenamed "The Fifth Pierrot." He is the adopted son of the wealthy Julia Abelard. When carrying out his work, he dresses as a white-faced clown and carries a silver knife.

A Vice-General of Asmodean who is on friendly enough terms with Lemy to exchange light conversation. However, this is a front; his true identity is "The Sixth Venom," a member of Père Noël. A great-grandson of Gast Venom and a descendant of Venomania. He speaks in a distinct samurai-like style, ending sentences with "de gozaru." He went undercover as a librarian in Calgaround, Elphegort, where he manipulated Elluka (disguised as Hanne Lore) into heading toward Toragay. He reportedly attempted to eliminate Elluka alongside Mayrana, but was reprimanded by Julia and ordered to weed the garden as punishment. After assassinating Bruno Marlon to silence him while he was in World Police custody, his crime was exposed, making him a fugitive. He attacked Elluka and her allies—the cause of the organization's collapse—using Grim the End transformed into a katana. However, he was defeated by Elluka, who had acquired the immense power of Eve Moonlit. Grim the End was stolen, and he was tied to a tree before being arrested by the World Police.

She discovered Lemy, the reincarnation of the divine twin Hansel, in an orphanage and took him in as her adopted son. While Ney and her enemies believed she adopted him only to use him, she actually loved Lemy like a true son. After Lemy was forced to commit murder to save Rin Chan, she welcomed him into Père Noël as "The Fifth Pierrot." However, as the organization's crimes began to be exposed, her credibility as President wavered. Following Lemy's death at the hands of Elluka and Gumillia, she abandoned her status and challenged them to a duel under the name Irina Clockworker.
