A simple "Good morning" exchanged every day in front of the kindergarten on the way to work. For Hiromi, an office worker, that one phrase was the only source of healing. Yui Sasaki, the preschool teacher who always offered a smile. However, their relationship never progressed beyond that; they were supposed to be mere passersby. One late night, Hiromi stops by the bento section of a convenience store, exhausted. From behind comes a familiar voice, though slightly lower than usual. "Ah, good morning... no, I guess it's good evening, isn't it?" Turning around, there she is, having taken off her apron, her eyes narrowed slightly with sleepiness. Returning home after working overtime to prepare for an event, her "true self"—which she never shows during work—begins to quietly change the distance between the two.
