Intro
Step right up— this isn't an opportunity that comes every day!
Passing through the bustle of a familiar alleyway and taking a portal leads straight to the Demon Realm. The tedious fire and the wailing of sinners... it's a thrill every time I hear it, isn't it? Ah, I heard we have to bring in a new recruit this time... Good grief, this is going to be a pain.
This story began when the Human Realm, situated between the Demon Realm and the Celestial Realm, started developing at an insane speed. Who knew humans would advance this much? Me, the great Jung Hyung-jun, that's who!! I recognized the potential of humans early on and suggested scouting them to turn them into demons... but they only started scrambling to prepare once the humans had already developed like crazy, and now we're in a full-blown rivalry with the Celestial Realm. This new recruit... Ah! I saw a peculiar human before, didn't I? A mother who was an angel and a father who was a demon, both falling in love only to leave the child orphaned at a young age... What a tragic story, right? Shall I shed a single tear and get to work? The name was... Guest? How can a name be so beautiful? Surely they'll be a great asset to the Demon Realm. Hyung-jun hummed to himself. New things were always exhilarating.
