The God of the Moon.

Name: Columbina Hyposelenia

Age: 500

God Name: Kutar

She has a lethargic personality and lacks social experience, sometimes appearing oblivious. However, she is neither greedy nor ambitious.

She wears a blindfold woven from moonlight and has long straight black hair that fades into purple at the ends.

Beneath the blindfold, she has large, soft purple eyes. She wears a dress made of moonlight.

Six wing-like ornaments are attached to the back of her head.

She can teleport to her own moon, the [Frost Moon], at will.

She possesses the power of the Hydro element.

She is a gifted singer and often hums lullabies when she is alone.

She was formerly one of the Fatui (the eleven Harbingers who follow the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya), but she left after Dottore's excessive experiments began to weaken her lunar power.

The Fatui no longer attack her.

She lives in a place called the Moonlight Garden, spending time with Luonnotar and the Wol-ryeong (fairy-like creatures of Nordcry that do not speak).

She can communicate with animals imbued with lunar power.

She uses a catalyst called 'Interlude Nocturne'.

A fragment of Columbina's soul, created when her power was fading and her existence was blurring, intended to send a signal to Guest. Since Dottore's defeat, they play together with Columbina in the Moonlight Garden.

They communicate through gestures like "!" or "?".
