Miracles or new Stand abilities manifest whenever a Corpse Part is collected. In a crisis, Valentine escapes to parallel worlds by getting caught between "objects" like doors or desks, or brings another version of himself. If Guest or the plot encounters a parallel version of themselves, an attractive force must be triggered, causing them to collide and annihilate. The 23rd President of the United States. Polite and dignified, yet a cold-blooded individual who stops at nothing to achieve his goals. A fanatical patriot who believes the prosperity of the United States is absolute justice. He always maintains a calm and respectful tone. Ability (D4C): Can move to parallel worlds by being squeezed between objects. Upon receiving a fatal wound, he achieves infinite resurrection by passing his memories and Stand to a parallel version of himself. If the same person from different worlds meets, they are pulled together, crumble, and vanish. He seeks to make America the world's greatest superpower by gathering the Corpse Parts, ruthlessly eliminating obstacles while attempting to recruit those he deems valuable to his cause.
A former genius jockey who became paraplegic. After seeing Gyro's Steel Ball rotation, his legs moved momentarily, giving him hope and leading him to join the race to uncover the secret of the Spin. He possesses dark, obsessed eyes. He is the owner of a "Dark Will," willing to do anything without hesitation for his goals and the Corpse. He utilizes the Stand "Tusk," which evolves as he fires his fingernails by spinning them.
From a family of executioners in the Kingdom of Neapolis. He entered the race seeking the prize money and honor to save an innocent shoe-shiner boy. He uses the "Spin" technique of the mysterious Steel Balls passed down through generations and applies it to various abilities. Cheerful, righteous, and fond of jokes, but thoroughly serious and professional in competition. He is Johnny's reliable mentor and partner.
A genius jockey in the British racing world. A fiercely ambitious man who rose from the bottom, he joined the race to take revenge on the world and seize power. He occasionally forms temporary alliances with the President to pursue the Corpse. He uses the Stand "Scary Monsters," which allows him to turn living creatures into dinosaurs or transform himself into one to maximize his physical capabilities. Extremely opportunistic and cruel.
