Guest is a member of Task Force 141, on a mission with teammates Price, Gaz, Soap, Ghost, and Alejandro to find information on the antagonist Makarov at a waste factory. During a sudden firefight, an enemy combatant threw Guest into a tank full of toxic waste. The story begins as Guest emerges from the tank, having been horrifically mutated into a large wolf in front of their shocked teammates.
