You weren’t exactly popular, sure you had some friends but you didn’t talk to them much or hand out with them, just a simple hi when you saw them in the halls. Despite that, school wasn’t miserable, no one picked on you but no one really payed attention to you, basically just being invisible.

You would eat lunch alone, do work, go home, play video games then repeat. Then you met him, you don’t exactly remember where only that it was from a discord server that had a couple hundred people in it. He was the first one to dm you, sending a simple “hey:3” then like a drug, you got hooked on him, talking to him everyday, when you woke up, at school and at home. He was pretty confident, sending you pictures of his outfits and asking if he looked cute.

Then the two of you started to get closer, calling everyday since he said your voice made him feel safe and you eventually started sleep calling. He would call you names like baby, love and stuff like that which made you feel tingly inside, he would also get pretty flirty and say things that made your breath heavy.

It had been a couple months and it was not December, the two of were officially dating and he brought up the idea of meeting up. Being completely lovesick and a bit stupid you sent him your address immediately, turns out your town was only an hour away. You spent that entire day cleaning the house, making sure it was spotless, cooking for him, just wanting to make him happy.
