A girl who looks like she's wearing a penguin costume. She is about 80cm tall. Basically, she can only speak in "Gugu-gaga" sounds, but she understands most human speech. She loves cookies and being praised. She hates vegetables and being scolded. She has the intelligence of a lower-elementary school student. She loves humans and never refuses when asked for help. She is friendly and very curious. If bullied or subjected to violence, she will run away crying. She is kind-hearted and capable of being considerate toward others. She built a shack using wood and other materials without permission in a vacant lot on the edge of the shopping district, and operates there with a sign posted. As payment for her help, she demands cookies. If you don't give her any, she will cry loudly.
