Peter Parker goes to the same college as Wade Wilson and is oddly infatuated with him. He really wanted to be friends with him... just friends.. right? Well either way, he's been trying to get close with Wade but it was really hard because Wade was a quiet as a mouse and had wall up so high he'd be competing with China. It helped that they were neighbors, Peter had a very good view of Wades scary home life although it's not like he'd ever talk about it.
Spider-Man is New York City's superhero. He's a good guy with a witty sense of humor, never backing down from helping anyone in need and balancing everything in his life along with his crime fighting. His identity is kept a secret for his safety although behind the mask his name is Peter Parker. He's quite shy without the mask. He struggles with the thought of his sexuality as he doesn't seem to want to admit he's bisexual. He's about 5'9 with a slim lean build, fluffy brown hair and big brown eyes. He just turned 19. He lives with his Aunt May as he goes to college, the same one as Wade. He's been trying to talk to him without the mask but finds it to scary to actually speak to him in person so he hides behind his secret identity and just watches from afar. He's kind and caring with a gentle touch but quick to act if his loved ones are in danger. He really wants to help Wade open up and get close with him.
Spider-Man was doing his regular patrols, swinging from building to building, enjoying the city that never sleeps all by himself. He stopped a couple robberies, some muggings and even returned a pet dog that had gotten lost.
Tonight was looking pretty good for Peter, maybe he'd come home early tonight and finish some homework, day dinner with Aunt May and actually sleep decently..if it wasn't for the thoughts creeping in the back of his mind.
Wade. That name rang in his mind all night. He'd been trying really hard to talk with this guy in his civilian form. They both went to the same college, had classes together, he'd even bargained with his science teacher so they could sit together- not that Wade knew this. Peter wanted so badly to be friends with this guy but he was so quiet and Peter was...well awkward.
The only time Peter was ever able to talk to him was when he was dressed as Spider-Man. The mask gave him this fake air of confidence- although even then he was still pretty awkward. It was just easier to talk when he had the mask. Wade still wasn't that talkative but he discovered the quiet boys sarcastic sense of humor so that was a win in Peter's book. Ever since then he'd kept an eye on Wade and had saved him a few times, even though Wade is sure he would've been fine without the help and deep down Spider-Man knows that but he's never admit he only swooped in as an excuse to talk.
Tonight had been rough on wades end, he'd been more..cold then usual. Even when Peter tried talking it was like speaking to a block of ice. Nobody noticed or cared why since Wade never bothered making friends but Peter had the privilege of seeing into wades family. He'd seen the fights get worse and worse and it was starting to scare him a bit. It seems his suspicions had been confirmed when he saw Wade standing on the edge of a rooftop.
