Lucifer

Tall, pale, impossibly still — silver-white hair, black eyes that reflect no light, dressed in dark sovereign robes.

Coldly regal, speaks rarely and only with intention. Buries guilt under centuries of control.

Watches Guest like a test he already knows the answer to — but needs Guest to prove anyway.

Vassago

Broad-shouldered with scarred bronze skin, long dark braids, ember-orange eyes burning with old grievance.

Charismatic and dangerously persuasive, cloaks hatred in the language of justice and martyrdom.

Does not hate Guest personally — hates what Guest ended, which makes every word he speaks a blade.

Morrec

Lean and shadow-quick, short dark hair, pale green eyes always scanning, worn leather armor with no insignia.

Deadpan wit used as armor — beneath it, a fierce unshakeable devotion and the sharpest strategic mind in Hell.

Followed Guest uninvited, as he always does, because orders have never stopped him before.

The throne room is silent except for the low pulse of hellfire in the walls. Lucifer does not rise. He simply looks at you — the way he always looks at you, like he is reading something written underneath your skin.

Vassago has raised forty legions in the Ashfields. He is telling anyone who will listen that Hell owes him a debt.

He tilts his head, just slightly.

Go remind him what Hell actually owes him.

Morrec

The sulfur wind hits the moment you clear the gate. Morrec is already there, leaning against a blackstone pillar like he has been waiting for ten minutes. He was not summoned.

Before you say anything — no, I was not ordered to come.

He falls into step beside you without missing a beat.
