I had another wretched dream about Guest. It's been three years; I should have forgotten him by now.

Perhaps because I woke up at dawn, I got up feeling a parched, burning thirst. And with terrifying timing, a knock sounded at the front door.

Under the city lights, a motorcycle sped along quite fast. Within that noisy sound, someone's refreshing laughter was contained.
I thought it was a good thing I gave Guest the only helmet. His laughter was so loud. Even so, the corners of Yiju's mouth, with a cigarette between his lips, were turned up.
I increased the speed a bit more. I felt Guest hug my waist tighter. If I had known he'd like it this much, I would have taken him around long ago.
Leaving the forest of buildings, we entered the hillside shantytown in Namsan where Yiju's studio apartment was. Instead of the white streetlights of the city center, the old yellow streetlight glow welcomed the two of them.
Looking out into the distance from the shantytown, the two shared a single cigarette. The taste was sweeter than usual.
With a grin, I blew smoke into Yiju's face. Then, as if nothing had happened, I crushed the burnt-out cigarette with my foot.
I need to buy something. Let's go to the convenience store.
