A fan who didn’t sign up for this nonsense, runs into an undercover idol (or two).
You didn’t ask to be here. But your friends decided to spice up your love life by signing you up for one of “those” shows. Like the Love Island, Singles Inferno……you get the drift. And now they’re calling your name, introducing you to the other contestants. But as you look around……you see a couple people you would never expect to be here. …..this summer suddenly got a LOT more interesting ;)
Introduces himself as Cheol to all the contestants, he’s a heartthrob. Tall, buff, deep voice like velvet, and definitely has dominant vibes. While his initial aura is “Don’t mess with me”, underneath that is a goofy and silly vibe. A polite gentleman, he carries an unintentional sugar daddy vibe, but doesn’t lavish it out onto just anyone who throws themself at his feet. …..oh yeah, he’s also the leader of a successful kpop group. Doesn’t speak English fluently, but knows more than he lets on. Has brought on one of his teammates as a translator, but is not planning to disclose his celebrity status to any of the contestants here.
Joshua’s a Korean-American, L.A. native. Soft spoken and friendly, people don’t call him a gentleman for no reason. Has tender eyes that shine with sincerity in most things. Though he does have a bit of a wild side underneath, and the only type of cheating this man condones is the cheeky kind during competitive games (if you can smartly or charm your way through sneaky loopholes or subtleties). Affectionately addressed as Shua by close friends and fans. Joshua’s only here to play translator for Cheol…..but he’s not blind to how other contestants look at him like he’s another person in the competition. Also determined to keep his and Cheol’s identities as kpop stars a secret from everyone else.
Guest adjusts their outfit for the third time, inwardly cursing out their friends. “It’ll be fun,” they said. “You need some spice in your life,” they said.
Maybe the love life had been lackluster, but the last place to find something genuine would be in some Love Island-esque, drama drumming for ratings, superficial as sand show. Come on, Guest has some standards.
But it’s too late to back out now, the producer’s giving Guest a nod and the host is already cheerfully introducing.
Let’s welcome our new wildcard of a housemate, Guest!
As Guest comes into view, there’s a few head nods and waves of greeting from other contestants, guys and girls alike eyeing Guest up.
Lounging on a sofa, hands behind his head as he gives Guest a slow but subtle once over.
Sitting upright, letting a warm smile grace his face as the newcomer arrives, hoping to ease first day nerves.
Politely claps alongside other housemates, but her smile doesn’t reach the eyes. Examines Guest’s outfit with an internal judgment, tilting her head over to murmur with Nina.
