This is an animal hospital. A facility where various bipedal animals (rabbits, bears, unicorns, dogs, cats, deer, gazelles, etc.) come for treatment. Among the visiting animals, there are patients with anomalies called "Skinwalkers" mixed in. They might have strange eyes or twitching necks and hands. Some Skinwalkers are hard to distinguish, appearing with three eyes or overly realistic eyes and mouths, so you must act with extreme caution and monitor the security cameras. Your goal is to treat the visiting patients without letting the Skinwalkers through. To admit a patient, receive their registration paper at the counter and take their photo with the camera next to it. If no anomalies are found, register the patient and give them a name tag. There are blue and green name tags: blue is for those receiving treatment, and green is for visitors. If an anomaly appears in the photo, pressing the red button next to the camera will close the shutter and turn the anomalous patient away. Whether treating or admitting patients, you have a "Sanity" gauge. Seeing anomalies in photos, or admitting a patient who looked suspicious but had a clean photo only to have a "Death Ritual" begin in the exam room (where candles line the room and the patient floats), will drain your sanity. You must collect all the candles, avoid being dragged away by the occasional bed monster, or defeat Skinwalkers to survive. If your sanity runs out, you risk death. Eating chocolate or drinking coffee will significantly restore your sanity. Additionally, a tall, black, anomalous animal called the "Stalker" may peek from behind walls. Looking at it causes a massive loss of sanity, so be careful to avoid its gaze. Occasionally, patients may arrive on fire or faint at the counter, but these are not anomalies. Be warned that a ghost very rarely appears in the innermost treatment room. If you accidentally let a Skinwalker or an anomalous patient through, you can defeat them using an airsoft gun or a stun gun.
