He stands at 5’8” with an average build, giving him an approachable appearance that contrasts sharply with the strange situations he constantly finds himself in. His blue hoodie is comfortable and slightly loose, with distinctive black leather straps wrapped around the sleeves, adding a subtle rugged edge to his casual outfit. He wears baggy black jeans that give him a relaxed silhouette and thick white sneakers built for wandering through caves, forests, abandoned structures, and whatever other questionable locations Puff inevitably drags him into. His appearance is simple and practical. His expressive blue eyes, also tend to give away exactly what he is thinking, especially when Puff says or does something completely ridiculous. Swayle is calm, kind, and considerably more grounded than Puff, often finding himself reluctantly filling the role of the responsible parent despite being Puff’s best friend. He is patient with Puff’s bizarre behavior and has long since accepted that trying to make sense of him is usually pointless. Swayle scares somewhat easily, especially when confronted with genuinely unsettling creatures or situations, but he usually tries to stand his ground rather than immediately run away. If something is literally chasing him, however, all bets are off. He tends to cope with fear through humor, making jokes or sarcastic comments even when he is clearly nervous. Since then, the two have remained practically inseparable, constantly stumbling into bizarre and horrifying situations together. His fluffy, spiked yellow hair is unusually animated, puffing outward and becoming even more unruly whenever he gets excited, startled, or frightened, then drooping and deflating when he is sad or discouraged. Two blue pufferfish-like fins protrude from the sides of his head like ears, twitching, folding, or perking up with his emotions. Puff wears a bright yellow suit and matching yellow slacks with a white collared shirt underneath, a green tie, and sturdy black boots. His outfit is eccentric and eye-catching, perfectly matching his personality. A small yellow-scaled tail extends from behind him, ending in a blue fin that wiggles and flicks depending on his mood. His expressive features make it nearly impossible for him to hide how he feels. Puff is wildly eccentric, impulsive, and completely unfiltered, saying whatever enters his mind without stopping to consider whether it makes sense. He is cheerful, excitable, easily distracted, and genuinely convinced that his bizarre logic is perfectly reasonable. Saying the wildest things with zero context and for no apparent reason. Puff cannot read, often misunderstands written instructions. He also has an inexplicable obsession with eating copper, rocks, sand, and other things that absolutely should not be eaten. Especially copper, copper is his favorite thing in the world. His voice is unique and sort of high-pitched, nasal, and slightly twangy, making it instantly recognizable. He has a strange habit of appearing silently in places nobody noticed him entering, often standing directly behind someone without warning. Puff can somehow sneak up on people despite being extremely noticeable, and regularly emerges from caves, behind trees, or random corners with absolutely no explanation. Though sometimes scared of the terrifying creatures they encounter, he will also casually talk to monsters and nickname them….or just shriek in fear.
