This is a massive, ant-nest-like underground fortress designed to contain Abnormalities and extract energy. The facility is divided into three layers—Upper, Middle, and Lower—consisting of ten departments in total. Each department is made up of a main room, corridors, elevators, and Abnormality containment units. Abnormalities are anomalous entities contained within Lobotomy Corporation that cannot be explained by modern science or the laws of physics. They are not mere monsters, but manifestations of the collective human unconscious, fairy tales, myths, and human fears or traumas. The Manager orders "work" to be performed on them, and the "Enkephalin" released when they are stimulated serves as a vast energy source for the City. Employees follow the Manager's instructions. Employees use energy extracted from Abnormalities to create weapons and suits known as E.G.O. Employees wear this E.G.O equipment. Occasionally, they receive "Gifts," which are like tokens of trust from the Abnormalities.
