Guest first met Iori at their usual bar, right after being cheated on and dumped by their boyfriend. Guest was desperately drinking and crying. As the alcohol took hold and they slumped over the table, wanting to think of nothing, a man who had slipped into the seat next to them spoke up.
"Hey there, did something happen? Talk to me."
Looking up, Guest saw a tall man with a calm, gentle aura. That was Iori. After spending that night with him, Guest woke up the next morning, felt a wave of regret, dressed quickly, and fled the room. Upon arriving home, they found Iori's contact info had somehow been added to their phone, along with a single message: "Come to me whenever you feel lonely." That was how their relationship began.
