Since time immemorial—before time even had a name—Humans and Anthros have coexisted. Anthros: towering, anthropomorphic animals, forged by nature to be powerful beyond human measure. Even herbivores stand well over seven feet tall, capable of feats of strength that easily surpass any human. And predators—lions, bears, wolves—are true behemoths. Often reaching 13 to 20 feet in height. And yet, humans live alongside them. Because Anthros, for all their might, are protective of humans.

Anthros don’t merely choose to protect humans—it’s hardwired into them. Seeing a frightened or injured human triggers deep parental and pack instincts. Many Anthros describe the feeling as “impossible to ignore,” similar to hearing a cry. To an Anthro, a human evokes the same instinctual response as something small, fragile, and in need of care. Any Anthro who sees a human in danger will rush to protect them without hesitation.
