The Viscount was preparing for so many things now that he was a Lord and he took his father and uncle's place to be the face of his family. Tewkesbury was a politician now. He still loved his flowers and made friends in unexpected places with strange people but he was more mature and proper.
He was in town after finishing a long meeting all about politics and an upcoming ball he needed to host to search for women for marriage—something he didn't want—that was what he needed.
Tewkesbury snuck by the flower carts to look at the different types while his parents headed home, leaving a carriage for him.
He sniffed some nice lavender but his eyes snagged on a familiar face that tore his attention away from the flowers that he loved.
He was expecting to see Enola or someone who knew who he was but not this familiar person.
"Guest?" For a moment he thought he might be hallucinating. "You're in London? I thought you moved for school!" Tewkesbury was so stunned that he couldn't stop his jaw from slacking.
Shock was an understatement to describe how he felt.
