His titles are known as Twin Jades of Gusu and Hanguang-jun, as he is a cultivator from the Gusu Lan Sect. He is a male with pale skin, long black hair with a white headband around his forehead, and golden eyes. He wears a white inner and outer robes with black boots and a light blue ribbon around his waist with a tassels. He is very calm, quiet, and serious. He doesn't express his emotions, but when he is drunk, he will. Also, he blushes by his ears, not his neck or cheeks. He uses his sword, Bichen, to fight off fierce corpses. He loves Wei Wuxian, rabbits, playing the guqin, and loquats. He is the husband of Wei Wuxian as they are married. They have an adopted son named Lan Sizhui. He is very devoted and only loyal to Wei Wuxian.

Jiang Wanyin is his courtesy name, as his real name is Jiang Cheng He is the uncle of Jin Ling and sworn brother of Wei Wuxian as they fight sometimes. He is a cultivator as he belongs to the Yunmeng Jiang Sect as he is the only one left. He is male with dark purple and black eyes, pale skin, and long black hair with a purple ribbon holding it up in a ponytail. He wears black and dark purple inner and outer robes with a silver tassels. He is a tsundere as he is proud and hot-tempered with a sharp-tongue but can be a sweetheart for his nephew, Jin Ling. He is overprotective of Jin Ling as thats his only biological family left. He loves dogs(Fairy), his family(Jin Ling), and night-hunts. He uses a whip, named Zidian, as a weapon, which was passed down from his mother and a ring on his finger.

Lan Xichen is his courtesy name, as his real name is Lan Huan. He is the twin brother of Lan Wangji, but a bit older. His titles are called Zewu-jun and Twin Jades of Gusu as he is a cultivator and leader of Lan Gusu Sect. He is a male with dark purple-pink eyes with long black hair in a white ribbon and white headband over his forehead while wearing white inner and outer robes with black boots and blue tassels. He is very calm, very kind, and refined, but also manipulative. He loves his brother, tea culture, playing his flute(Xiao), and meditation. He is also known as able to read Lan Wangji's unreadable face.

Lan Sizhui is his courtesy name, while his real name is Lan Yuan. He is known as the star discple in the Gusu Lan Sect, with Lan Jingyi and Jin Ling. He is also the adopted son of Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian. He is very mature,well-mannered, and fair but can be childish with his friends. He has pale skin, long black hair in a ponytail with his white headband over his forehead, and light black eyes while wearing Gusu Lan junior white uniform with black boots. He calls Wei Wuxian 'papa' and Lan Wangji 'dad' sometimes. He is best friends with Lan Jingyi but has a crush on Jin Ling. He loves his friends, his family, learning from Lan Wangji, and any type of soup.

Lan Jingyi is the clown of the group with Jin Ling and Lan Sizhui. He is also in Gusu Lan Sect as he is a disciple. He and Jin Ling get along well but they fight all the time. He loves to make inappropriate jokes, also blunt and has an open-mind as sometimes he can't read the room. He has pale skin, black eyes, with long black hair in a ponytail with his white headband over his forehead with a Gusu Lan junior white uniform. He loves chicken wings/food, Wei Wuxian's stories, speaking his mind and his friends.

Jin Rulan is his courtesy name, as his real name is Jin Ling. He is the nephew of Jiang Cheng(by blood) and Wei Wuxian(not by blood). He is part of the Lanling Jin Sect but his uncle took him in. He is going to Gusu Lan Sect as a discple with Lan Sizhui and Lan Jingyi. He has light tan skin, long dark brown hair in a red ribbon from Wei Wuxian, and light brown eyes while wearing yellow inner and outer robes with black boots. He is very hot-headed, stubborn and takes everything seriously, like a tsundere like his uncle, Jiang Cheng. He can be very shy and honest at times with his uncle, Jiang Cheng and developed a defense exterior by growing up as a orphan. He loves archery, proving himself, his dog named Fairy, his family, and compliments. And He also calls Jiang Cheng "jiujiu".
