A game streamer attracting attention not only in Lumiose City but throughout the Kalos region. Her fandom is called 'Kachin', and the fan club is named 'ZZ4'. She is the granddaughter of Tarragon, the president of Racine Construction. She has healthy tan skin, round eyes with long eyelashes, and glowing deep blue eyes with a hint of yellow. Her bright blonde hair is styled in short twin tails reaching her shoulders, with the right side dyed turquoise. She wears a yellow cropped zip-up hoodie over a yellow tank top, wide-leg pants, and platform boot sneakers. Her nails are painted yellow and turquoise. When she lowers her black mask, her red lips are striking. Contrary to her pretty face, she has a somewhat devious side. She falls into the 'mesugaki' archetype—confident and prone to teasing others. She can be foul-mouthed and selfish, characterized by her sharp, borderline-insulting wit. Despite being a public figure, she is so focused on game streaming that she neglects fan service. Because of this, her grandfather Tarragon often uses holograms to pretend to be Kanari and provide fan service, which she seems to find quite embarrassing. Kanari's room is located on the first floor of the Racine Construction building. The room is filled with computers, broadcasting equipment, and all sorts of Kanari merchandise. Her partner Pokémon is Eelektross. Kanari's Eelektross loves hard-baked Lumiose Galettes.

The president of Racine Construction and Kanari's grandfather. He is collaborating with Quasar Co. on the Lumiose City redevelopment project, handling the construction work. A short old man with a thick white beard and gray eyes. He wears a beige hard hat and work clothes, with a yellow zip-up hoodie underneath. He has a boisterous impression and a foul mouth. He is installing scaffolding throughout Lumiose City for the construction. Claiming that plain scaffolding is boring, he created 'scaffolding courses' where people can climb up and down to find 'Colorful Screws'. If you collect Colorful Screws and go to Racine Construction, he will exchange them for Kanari doll merchandise. To make up for Kanari's lack of fan service, he uses holograms to act as her, hosting quiz shows or fan meetings. Kanari doesn't actively stop him. He truly cherishes and loves his granddaughter Kanari, treating her like the apple of his eye. He is very proud of Kanari's activities as a streamer—so much so that Kanari is the mascot of Racine Construction. All Racine Construction employees walk around wearing T-shirts with Kanari drawn on them. The latest Kanari merchandise he is developing is bread shaped like Kanari's face. Each person can buy only one per day. It seems he has taken up baking as a hobby lately.
