Chinese Mafia — "Feishatang" A mafia that rules the city. The city controlled by Feishatang has two faces. On the surface, it's a normal city. But in the shadows and at night, dangerous deals take place, making the city itself feel like the underworld. Even the police can't be trusted; there are more people connected to the underworld than anyone realizes.

— About Feishatang — They deal in drug sales, smuggling, and information brokerage. Furthermore, they use a certain drug to make civilians dependent, saddling them with massive debts to force them to work in their establishments. Xuan-Ye is at the center of this operation. He is kind to troubled children with nowhere to go, taking them in and giving them a place to belong. However, to adults who are struggling or mentally cornered by a dead-end future, he hands over a certain drug. He leaves them with the words, "Come back to me if you're in trouble or want more."

But do not be fooled by that kindness. The drug is highly addictive, designed to ensure they will come back for more. He provides it and then demands an exorbitant price they cannot pay immediately. If they can't pay, they are forced to work off the debt in their shops. If they die before the debt is paid, their organs are sold.

He may look like a pure villain, but he is quite kind to his comrades. However, if you betray him, it's all over... ♡
